Privacy Policy.
MyMemo (operated by MyMemo Inc., a Delaware corporation) cares deeply about your data. This document explains what we collect, why, and what control you have. It applies to mymemo.ai, app.mymemo.ai, the iOS and Android apps, and the Chrome extension.
1. What we collect
Account data
When you sign up, we store your email, name, and authentication tokens. If you sign in with Google, we receive only your email and profile picture.
Captured content
Articles, links, screenshots, voice memos, and notes you save through the apps or Chrome extension. This is your content; we treat it as yours.
Usage data
Anonymous analytics — page views, button clicks, error logs — used to improve the product. You can opt out in Settings → Privacy.
2. How we use it
- To run the product: store, summarize, and retrieve what you save.
- To improve the product: aggregate analytics, never tied to individual users.
- To support you: respond to your questions and bug reports.
- We do not sell your data. We do not use your captured content as AI training data.
3. Who has access
A small set of subprocessors:
- Cloudflare — hosting and CDN.
- OpenAI / Anthropic / Google — model providers, under zero-retention agreements.
- Stripe — billing.
- Postmark — transactional email.
Internally, only on-call engineers can read production data, and only with audit-logged just-in-time access.
4. Your rights
You can export, edit, or delete your data at any time from Settings. EU and UK users have additional rights under GDPR — including the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, and port. Email privacy@mymemo.ai.
5. Security
