Send us your channels, audience size, and how you plan to promote MyMemo. Every application is reviewed by a person — we are selective rather than open-signup.

Once approved you get a referral link tied to your MyMemo account, along with your agreed commission rate and commission window.

Promote
Share it in your newsletter, videos, posts, courses, or reviews. Disclose the affiliate relationship clearly wherever you post — that is required, not optional.

Get paid
Referred payments become commission after a 30-day maturation window, then go out in the next monthly payout run once your balance clears $50.

There is no automatic signup. Email support@mymemo.ai with the subject“MyMemo affiliate application” and include:
- Where you plan to promote — newsletter, YouTube, blog, podcast, community, course, social.
- Roughly how large that audience is, and who it is (students, researchers, founders, teams).
- How you plan to promote MyMemo — a review, a tutorial, a comparison, a course module, a recurring mention.
We reply to every application. Approved affiliates receive a referral link, a commission rate, and payout setup instructions.
Frequently asked questions.
How much do I earn?
Up to 30% recurring commission on the payments made by subscribers you refer. The exact rate is negotiated individually when your application is approved, and 30% is the hard ceiling. Commission is calculated on net revenue — the amount we actually receive after payment-processing fees and, for purchases made in the iOS app, the app store commission.
How long do I keep earning on a referral?
For the first 6 to 12 months of that subscriber’s payments, starting from their first commissionable payment. The exact length is set in your individual agreement. Renewals inside that window earn commission; payments after it ends do not.
How is a referral tracked?
Your link sets a referral cookie that lasts 60 days and works on a last-click basis — if someone clicks another affiliate’s link after yours and then signs up, the most recent link wins. Attribution is recorded permanently when the person creates their MyMemo account, and it cannot be reassigned afterwards.
What if someone signs up in the iOS app instead of on the web?
Then we cannot attribute it. Referral tracking happens at web signup, because an app-store install does not carry the referral through. Point your audience at the web signup first — once their account is attributed to you, anything they pay for later counts, including subscriptions purchased in the iOS app.
When and how do I get paid?
Payouts run monthly through Stripe Connect, which you connect during onboarding. Each commission matures for 30 days first, so it lines up with the refund window, and payouts go out once your approved balance reaches $50. Below that, the balance rolls over to the following month. PayPal is available for affiliates in countries Stripe payouts do not cover.
What does not earn commission?
AppSumo and other marketplace code redemptions, $0 orders such as free plans and gifted months, purchases you make on your own account or on an account you control, and any payment that is later refunded or charged back — those are reversed out of your balance.
Who can join, and how do I apply?
Anyone with a real audience that would genuinely use MyMemo: creators, writers, educators, researchers, productivity and knowledge-management communities. Applications are reviewed manually — email support@mymemo.ai with the subject "MyMemo affiliate application" and tell us your channels, your audience size, and how you plan to promote.
Do I have to disclose that my link is an affiliate link?
Yes. Wherever you post a referral link you must make the affiliate relationship clear to your audience, in line with the FTC endorsement guidelines and any equivalent rules where you are. Undisclosed promotion is grounds for removal from the program.
