Account
How do I create an account?
Sign up with email or Google at app.mymemo.ai. You'll get a verification link to confirm your email.
Can I use MyMemo without signing up?
No — captures and AI queries are tied to your account. The free tier requires signup but no payment.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Account → Delete account. We delete all your data within 30 days. Export first if you want a copy.
Files & captures
What can I capture?
Articles, PDFs, YouTube videos, tweets, screenshots, voice memos, and your own typed notes. The Chrome extension handles most of it; the iOS share sheet handles the rest.
Is there a file size limit?
100MB per file on Free, 1GB on Pro and Team. Voice memos are unlimited; we transcribe in the background.
Can I export my data?
Yes — Markdown, JSON, or PDF, individually or in bulk. Settings → Data → Export. We don't lock you in.
Privacy & security
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. We have explicit zero-retention agreements with every model provider we use. Your captured content is never used as training data, by us or our vendors.
Where is my data stored?
US (default) or EU (Team plan). Encrypted at rest with AES-256, in transit with TLS 1.3. SOC 2 Type II audited.
Billing
Can I switch between plans?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades are immediate and prorated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds?
Within 14 days of any new charge, no questions asked. Email support@mymemo.ai.
